Engineering Memastikan kesesuaian dan kelengkapan drawing desain all equipment PLTU telah sesuai untuk proses konstruksi, commisioning dan operasi (gambar proses equipment, gambar detail spek equipment, layout dll) b. Procurement Memastikan kondisi awal equipment telah sesuai spek sesuai gambar desain manufaktur c. Construction Memastikan proses positioning, alignment pada equipment PLTU. Memastikan proses positioning, ftting, wrapping, welsing insulation pada sistem perpipaan PLTU : water pipe (pressurized / non pressurized), steam pipe (high temp. dan pressure) Melakukan validasi hasil pengetesan pada sistem pipa (Hydrotest, penetrant test, holiday test, UV test) Melakukan Commisioning unit Boiler bersama kontraktor ( Slow Firing, Steam Blow, Bubling Test, Safety Valve Test) Melakukan Commisioning rotating equipment (turbine, pompa, compressor, fan) Vibrating test, RPM test, noise test. Full Load test PLTU 2 x 15 MW bersama badan sertifkasi

1.Membuat program Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk all equipment pembangkit listrik. 2.Melakukan monitoring implementasi program FMEA
Maintenance Trainee
1.Melakukan daily check aktiftas maintenance pembangkit listrik tenaga uap. 2.Membuat daily, weekly, dan monthly report maintenance. 3.Melaksankan preventif maintenance pada equipment unit boiler and auxiliary 4.Menganalisa kerusakan dan deviasi pada equipment boiler and auxiliary.
