About me
My name is Yesaya Marcelino Tampubolon, S.H. I was graduated from Trisakti University in 2017, majoring in Criminal Law. My background in Criminal Law has provided me with a tremendous amount of experience in preparing for trials. In 2013, I joined the Moot Court of Law Faculty at Trisakti University and was also involved in moot court competitions at both the internal and national level, and became the champion several times. In the competition, I learned to solve cases legally, such as corruption and money laundering, theft, economic crime, and murder. In addition, I am capable of coaching my juniorto conduct the basic task of setting up a team, training oral argument skills, assisting the team in understanding the cases listed in the table of authorities, and mentoring deep analysis research. I have passed the bar examination and currently waiting to be called by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and have a licensed Advocate from PERADI.
