1. Membantu dalam menyusun Surat Kuasa atas permintaan Klien. Ini mencakup mengumpulkan informasi yang diperlukan dari klien, merinci instruksi klien, dan memastikan bahwa Surat Kuasa dibuat sesuai Undang-Undang dan persyaratan yang berlaku. 2. Ikut menghadiri persidangan di Pengadilan untuk mendokumentasikan perkembangan persidangan, mencatat argumen yng diajukan kedua belah pihak, dan mencatat putusan yang diberikan oleh Hakim.
