* JOB DESK * 1. Membuat Chek List Equipment materal dan Spare Part bulanan 2. Mengiscan data Orderan dan GRN 3. Mengimput dan Record Master Outstanding 4. Membuat Orderan Manual 5. Mengimput data Diesel per bulan 6. Mengimput Slip SPPM,GRN dan PO untuk Lap Check List Equipment perbulan 7. Mengimput Alat/ Unit yang maintenanceg 8. Setiap barang yang masuk gudang di hitung setiap item stock , kemudian di catat secara manual dan di masukan ke kartu stock 9. Menerima kiriman barang dan di simpan di gudang / Ruang Stock Khusus 10. Selalu menghitung dan membandingkan jumlah stock dan data yang ada apakah terdapat perbedaan 11. Membuat Kartu Stock 12. Membuat Packing List setiap Rak 13. Memastikan setiap barang yang keluar masuk catat secara tepat dan akurat 14. Membuat Laporan Stock Akhir bulan (dan di singkron dengan check list equipment).
