As a member of the Extended Management Team, contribute to:  Leadership on collaboration with all program staffs who based in South Sulawesi Field Office  The development of an organizational culture that reflects our dual mandate (humanitarian and development) values  Provide feedback on issues of cross-cutting importance to Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik – partner of Save the Children in Indonesia including NO financial management, communications, advocacy, and human resources.  Help establish, maintain, and improve active and regular working relationships with: host government authorities, donors, partner agencies including major institutional donors, and local and international NGOs.  Ensure Makassar office complies with all Save the Children Quality Framework Standards and Standard Operating Procedures.  Share good practices and lessons learned among staff Project and operations staff.
