Conduct and control Production Planning activities: 1. PSI Monthly Meeting 2. Input/change PSI meeting Result to Order Entry sheet ; MPS ; MRP ; SAP (Forecast Maintenance) 3. Check and Input MPS (if any Changing) 4. Prepare production plan for 3 months 5. Prepare daily production planning / schedule each shift based on material availability. 6. Conduct weekly meeting to ensure daily production schedule with Purchasing, Production and Part Control. 7. Checking and ensure target achievement for lot complete 100 % every month. 8. Control data SAP that related to production result and distribution to warehouse. 9. Control and Analyze inventory result on the end of fiscal 10. Finish Good control (SAP) and Transfer to Logistic 11. Control BFE zero (Daily) 12. Control Import Part shortage 0,2 % (Monthly) 13. Input Production result to SAP, MRP & MPS 14. Distribute all data about production result to Costing & PPC Departments 15. Making production daily/weekly/monthly report to GM and Director.

Conduct and control Production Sales Inventory activities: 1. to ensure availability FG or sample product ordered by customer match with delivery schedule 2. Makes MRP based on last update forecast 3. follow up abnormal delivery to Production and customer 4. Follow up delivery request to PIC delivery and production 5. reply and follow up ASP req Weekly 6. Make sure and remain all sales input daily req all customers to system. 7. Follow up to production if there any production problem, additional request, and urgent request. 8. Making simulation schedule if there any problems, such as quality, material shortage, Mold repair and etc. 9. Back up sales problem such as check po, check schedule, check PMS and check kanban. 10. makes hourly simulation due problem and critical part to customer 11. Follow up PO and forecast. 12. Adjust new schedule from customer to daily production plan 12. stock taking report to supervisor 13. Genba 14. Filling documents 15. Update revise schedule from customer 16. update daily sales in TRP system 17. Update shortage list from customer such as FG stock, WIP and production plan 18. keep 3 days stock Finish Good (FG) 19. zero customer stopline due to miss arrange production plan and material plan 20. Prepare Doc Delivery (BC 27) 21. Making Inquiry or Purchase Requisition to looking for material in different vendor (comparing price, quality and lead time delivery) 22. Make and issue PO 23. Follow up incoming material based on PO 24. Monitoring and update stock actual to ensure material demand. 25. Forward availability inventory item by verifying stock scheduling delivery. 26. etc

1. Up Date or Input Sales base on MRP from IEI, KD, MEI, KYK, PATCO , NESINAK 2. Meeting production base on Shortage List 3. Control Prod & Delivery Epson Group 4. Make weekly Presentasi base on prod Status follow e-mail form each PIC 5. Up Date Capacity Prod Auto and Assy for IEI And Email to IEI & STX 6. Up Date Actual Sales for IEI, KD, MEI, KYK, PATCO , NESINAK ( Epson Grup ) 7. Return Board Control 8. Control production to keep 3 days stock Finish Good (FG) 9. Making simulation schedule if there any problem, such as quality, material shortage, Mold repairs and etc. 10. Follow up abnormal delivery to Production and customer 11. Zero customer stopline due to miss arrange production plan and material plan
