Unit Head Of Depo Operation. Job / Activities. The responsibility as follows: 1. Ensure all work operation in site at the corect standards with comply operating procedures/HSSE Standards including PPE requirements, ensure equipment for check product quality is in good condition and has been Calibrated. 2. Ensure achievement of Key Indicator Performance (KPI) from management by innovating and efficiency at the site, Responsible for making and budgeting operations costs and maintenance at the site in one month and make any accountability report for budget that has been used. 3. Responsible for always maintain qualitas, control physical stock and tank levels at the site and liaise with operations and supply management team for daily delivery or order to prevent stock outs, tank overfill, and misappropriation of products. 4. Responsible for control, investigating and analyz if there is a product out spec, loss & gain of stock product in the site, to customers and company management. 5. Supervise during the process of loading and unloading, estimated time arrival during the process cargo shipping, so the quality and quantity are maintened properly. 6. Sharing knowledge, deliver to operators for instruction or have a new issue from management policy, and coaching operators to enhance their performance to meets the HSSE standard, make operators care about infrastructure and facilities so that operators can working safely and comfortably at site.
