I am Nur Syahriar Isrofil, 35 years old, male and married. I have graduated from reputable University of Brawijaya University Malang, Department of Electrical Engineering with cumulative GPA 3,02 (Scale Grade 4). My Social Compliance background are includes more than 9 years on, I had very experience in Social Compliance and Security Audit, certified of OSH expert (Ahli K3 Umum) from Labor Ministry, and certified as Social Accountability Auditing (Auditor Level) from Certification Body. Very known the knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law, Buyer Requirement and International Labor Standard, Environmental Specialist. Rapid learning, willingness of strength to continue to go forward, hard worker, strong analytic skill, can communicate with goodness, can work in both team or individual, have ability lead good, English skill, and leadership skill. I am familiar with Buyer or Third Party Audit, conducting internal audit both in our factories including to our Supplier. Problem solving of any HR and Union’s issues, handling employee’s grievance with deliver the solution. I believe I can work with my best motivation to support all company aspect.
