PT. CJ Feed & Care has been acquired by PT. Royal De Heus, and as a result, all employees have changed their status to employees of PT. De Heus Indonesia. Presently, the R&D team is part of the Product & Development Division at PT. De Heus Indonesia.

*. Handling complaints related to free-market products *. Manage research farms to improve trial performance *. Manage company funds allocated for the team’s research program, ranging from 200 to 270 million rupiah per period (1 period = 2 months) *. Implement trials designed by the R&D team for new products, improvements to existing products, and specialized products required by free-market customers *. Conduct chicken sales to generate revenue that is returned to the company

In general, my job description is : *. Building relationships with customers and farmers *. Analysis about performance at the farm, includelivestock health, farm management & solutions to every problem encountered *. Create reports containing information about our products and those of our competitors for the Sales and R&D teams *. Perform necropsy, summarize the data, report by email & sharing by whatsapp group (daily, weekly & monthly)

In general, my responsibilities include: *. Evaluating the health of animals (livestock) at the breeding farm *. Evaluating hatching performance and hatch rates *. Performing necropsies, analyses, and diagnoses, and providing treatment *. Reporting results to the Animal Health Manager, Farm Manager, and Hatchery Manager *. Additionally, conducting quality assurance inspections and audits at farms and hatcheries
