Make prospect customer, negotiation and prepare cost from vendor and operation to make quotation, communicate and handle agent request for rates and customers.

I am capable work with minimum supervision start from learning the workflow, manage employee which is mostly man (courier), gain increasing income in marketing and sales, lead and train customer service (CRM), understand and responsible for P/L, make connection and maintain relation with vendor and customer, make strategic planning and implementing to achieve company goal and swot analysis.
