Finish Good control (SAP) and Transfer to Logistic 11. Control BFE zero (Daily) 12. Control Import Part shortage 0,2 % (Monthly) 13. Input Production result to SAP, MRP & MPS 14. Distribute all data about production result to Costing & PPC Departments 15. Making production daily/weekly/monthly report to GM and Director.

Makes MRP based on last update forecast 3. follow up abnormal delivery to Production and customer 4. Follow up delivery request to PIC delivery and production 5. reply and follow up ASP req Weekly 6. Make sure and remain all sales input daily req all customers to system. 7. Follow up to production if there any production problem, additional request, and urgent request. 8. Making simulation schedule if there any problems, such as quality, material shortage, Mold repair and etc. 9. Back up sales problem such as check po, check schedule, check PMS and check kanban. 10. makes hourly simulation due problem and critical part to customer 11. Follow up PO and forecast. 12. Adjust new schedule from customer to daily production plan 12. stock taking report to supervisor 13. Genba 14. Filling documents 15. Update revise schedule from customer 16. update daily sales in TRP system 17. Update shortage list from customer such as FG stock, WIP and production plan 18. keep 3 days stock Finish Good (FG) 19. zero customer stopline due to miss arrange production plan and material plan 20. Prepare Doc Delivery (BC 27) 21. Making Inquiry or Purchase Requisition to looking for material in different vendor (comparing price, quality and lead time delivery) 22. Make and issue PO 23. Follow up incoming material based on PO 24. Monitoring and update stock actual to ensure material demand. 25. Forward availability inventory item by verifying stock scheduling delivery. 26. etc
