1. Bekerja sama dengan atasan dalam menyusun dan membuat program pendidikan, pelatihan & pengembangan yang dibutuhkan oleh kebutuhan usaha perusahaan. 2. Melakukan training (menjadi trainer) untuk pelatihan internal maupun eksternal tertentu yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. 3. Menyusun dan mengembangkan media komunikasi karyawan baik melalui media majalah dinding maupun buletin perusahaan. 4. Menyusun, mengembangkan & menerapkan pengelolaan sarana perpustakaan perusahaan. 5. Melakukan kunjungan ke divisi operasional (toko) untuk memastikan sekaligus melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan. 6. Melakukan administrasi terhadap pelaksanaan training & development. 7. Membantu atasan mengontrol SOP perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan baik divisi operasional maupun fungsional. 8. Menyusun acara yang bersifat mengeratkan hubungan antar karyawan (Misalnya : Gathering, HUT perusahaan).
