Melakukan administrasi terhadap pelaksanaan training & development. 7. Membantu atasan mengontrol SOP perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan baik divisi operasional maupun fungsional. 8. Menyusun acara yang bersifat mengeratkan hubungan antar karyawan (Misalnya : Gathering, HUT perusahaan).
