Saya Benny, lahir di Pagaran Tapah, Riau tanggal 29 Agustus 1984. Saya anak bungsu dari 8 bersaudara, lahir dari Keluarga yang sederhana. Saat ini saya bekerja di PT. Infomedia Nusantara posisi sebagai Team Leader. Prestasi saya selama bekerja, menjadi Best Team Leader di tahun 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 dan 2020. 1. Menindaklanjuti segala permasalahan pelanggan atau calon pelanggan yang Agent eskalasikan. 2. Memonitoring performansi dan melakukan pembinaan bagi Agent, serta menjamin tercapainya target Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Layanan. 3. Merekomendasikan program improvement dan training Agent. 4. Melakukan coaching & conseling kepada Agent yang menjadi bawahannya. 5. Berkoordinasi dengan Unit lainnya terkait dengan Operasional harian.
