Praktik Kerja Lapangan
Berkontribusi dalam penyusunan dan verifikasi berkas dokumen Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) untuk seluruh departemen, menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan efisiensi tinggi menyelesaikan dalam 2 minggu dari target 1 bulan. Mengorganisir Instruksi Kerja (IK) tiap departemen dengan hasil yang sama. Serta berhasil menyusun diagram Flow Chart departemen, mempercepat penyelesaian dalam waktu 2 minggu dari deadline awal 1 bulan.
Staff HRD
Berpengalaman dalam administrasi kepegawaian, termasuk pengelolaan berkas karyawan dan pembuatan SK untuk akreditasi rumah sakit serta penempatan 178 karyawan. Mengatur shift kerja bersama koordinator unit, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, dan menangani surat peringatan. Berkontribusi dalam penyusunan program kerja kepegawaian, pengelolaan PKWT, pembuatan job description, serta bertanggung jawab atas rekruitmen dan wawancara karyawan baru.
Staff Kesling
Sebagai staf Kesehatan Lingkungan (Kesling), saya telah mempelajari proses pengelolaan limbah medis, memastikan kebersihan lingkungan rumah sakit sesuai standar, serta membantu monitoring kualitas air dan udara. Terlibat dalam penyusunan laporan inspeksi harian dan mendukung program edukasi kebersihan. Berkolaborasi dengan tim untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan lingkungan demi akreditasi rumah sakit.
