Mengatur shift kerja bersama koordinator unit, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, dan menangani surat peringatan. Berkontribusi dalam penyusunan program kerja kepegawaian, pengelolaan PKWT, pembuatan job description, serta bertanggung jawab atas rekruitmen dan wawancara karyawan baru.
