Contact Center Officer
CCO atau sering disebut sebagai Call Center bertugas memberikan informasi yang sesuai dan akurat. Membantu nasabah dalam kendala perbankan baik dalam bidang Credit Card dan Banking dengan memberikan solusi yang sesuai dan menjaga kerahasiaan data pribadi dari kebocoran data.
Account Executive
AE atau Marketing yaitu bertugas untuk menjaga relasi antara Klien lama dengan yang baru. Membuat kesepakatan bersama yang menguntungkan antar kedua belah pihak dan menjaga kestabilan penjualan dari produk yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan mendapatkan keuntungan dari setiap produk yang ditawarkan.
