Mei 2013 s/d Juni 2017 Menjabat Sebagai Asisten Kepala. membawahi 2 divisi. aktifitas : 1. Control cost merawat (spraying,manuring, etc) tbm dan melakukan aktifitas harvesting. 2. Pengendalian hama tikus, hama rayap, dan ulat api-ulat kantong.

Melakukan Control Losess Harvesting. Melakukan Perencanaan Terhadap Program Pemupukan Unsur Makro dan MIkro Pada areal Pirit dengan memperhatikan PH tanah Blok by Blok. Mampu memenuhi Kebutuhan Kariawan Panen, Rehap ( Prunning), Pemupukan dan spraying.
