Saya adalah pribadi yang supel, mudah bergaul dan ramah. Walaupun mungkin di awal nya terlihat agak sedikit diam, karena untuk membaca situasi setempat. Saya pernah bekerja di perusahaan Perbankan Nasional dimana posisi terakhir adalah sebagai Card Delivery Officer, yaitu mengirimkan kartu - kartu kredit nasabah ke alamat korespondensi nasabah. Saya orang yang cepat beradaptasi dilingkungan baru. Dan saya selalu mencoba untuk selalu belajar dan menambah pengetahuan baik itu untuk hal pribadi maupun dalam pekerjaan.

Head Of Customer Service
Sebagai Head Customer Service saya mencoba selalu untuk mendampingi teman - teman Customer Service dalam menghandle keluh kesah nasabah. Mencoba untuk meminimalisir resiko Perbankan nasabah dan Resiko terhadap Perusahaan itu sendiri. Memanage waktu guna membagi pekerjaan yang ada antar sesama karyawan. Selalu menjaga environment dilingkungan kerja agak kerja lebih kondusif dan karyawan nyaman dalam bekerja.
Card Delivery Officer
Pekerjaan rutin yang tiap hari dilakukan adalah mengirimkan kartu kartu kredit nasabah sesuai alamat korespondensi yang tertera di system. Dimana kita bekerja sama dengan beberapa vendor pengiriman untuk mengirim kartu tersebut. Data yang dikirim berupa soft copy untuk mencocokkan antara fisik kartu dengan data nasabah yang akan dikirim.
