Develop and manage Materials Planning and Logistics function for goods and materials demanded by Company especially for 5 different country under my supervising at Asia Pacific Region : Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Perth and Vietnam. Create and develop integrated processes among Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and outside suppliers to execute the planning process. Lead reengineering efforts as it relates to supply chain planning and execution systems. SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability. 2. Control Regional (Asia Pacific) Logistics & Procurement department budgets. 3. Develop and implement Logistics, purchasing and contract management instructions, policies & procedures. 4. Direct and coordinate activities in buying, and distributing materials / tools , equipment, machinery & Supplies. Include coordinate and deal with forwarder agent for material delivery. 5. Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute material. 6. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. 7. Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids. 8. Administer on-line purchasing systems. 9. Arrange for disposal of surplus materials. 10. Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales. 11. Maintain records of goods ordered and received and optimize the stock level. 12. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. 13. Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
