• Give information to passenger / client per telephone. For example: check in, regulation ticket, rule and policy. • Assist passenger / client to check schedule flight, to make reservation, issued ticket, reschedule / reroute, and refund ticket. • Handle complain about delay, no operation, lost and found baggage.
Direct Customer Consultant
• Correspondence with Europe client both of per mail and telephone • Create the program, give suggestion, and negotiate final price based on characteristic client. • Assist client during tour in Indonesia. Include: preparation arrival and departure, booking accommodation, guide, transfer car, case handling on the spot, and dealing with all payment. • Handling Free Independent Travelers (FIT) or Group Inclusive Tour (GIT)
