Agent contact service
In contact center industry we are required to be able to answer all customer questions and problem according to their needs. During become agent contact center, I do even in Lazada project for handling email, chat and call. After that I was transferred to the Unilever project and now I'm in Danone project handling sosial media, email and call. I think it is quite advantageous to have many skills,because it can help me in solving customer problems.
